2. PERSONAL DATA
BEFRED MINDS, S.L. shall collect exclusively personal data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, as applicable in each case.

If the profile is of interest to BEFRED MINDS, S.L., the company shall contact the data subject with the intention of assessing their application or managing their employment registration. The company may retain their personal data for an additional period of 1 year from receipt, unless the candidate states that they are not interested.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing personal data shall be compliance with a legal obligation, where the data have been provided for the following purposes:

- Commercial and administrative management inherent to the existing contractual relationship with its suppliers, which shall include managing quotations, orders and other contractual documentation, as well as monitoring the payment of invoices.
The processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes is necessary in order to implement the requested pre-contractual measures and to enter into and perform the contract between BEFRED MINDS, S.L. and its customers and/or suppliers.
Finally, the legal basis for processing personal data shall be the legitimate interest of the data controller, where the data have been provided for the following purposes:
- Maintaining the contractual relationship with the data subject or with the company or organisation for which the data subject works or collaborates. The legitimate interest of the data controller is recognised by the applicable regulations.
- Prevention, detection and control of abuses and fraud committed on or through the website. The legitimate interest is based on the data controller’s intention to maintain the website as a secure website.
5. RECIPIENTS
